In the morning we will enjoy yoga asanas (a set of easy yoga postures), pranayama (a short relaxing breathing exercise) and extra meditation – followed by a delicious organic lunch, cooked by our chef in the updated dining room, and a short walk after lunch.
Relax again in our famous Gold chairs for the afternoon meeting with a Maharishi tape and Q&A session, with Leesha and David. Enjoy an afternoon meditation with us and leave at 6:00pm totally refreshed and ready for the week ahead.
