Enjoy a mini retreat in your own home with extra meditation and knowledge to prepare you for the week ahead.
During this online course for Meditators, experienced TM teachers – Margaret Farrand and David Hughes – will guide you through the course leaving you feeling rested, refreshed and mentally alert.
The morning will comprise meditation, simple yoga postures (Asanas) and a relaxing breathing exercise (Pranayama). There will be an inspiring Maharishi tape and a morning break.
