“My TM-Sidhi Programme provides a direct entry to the full blossoming of the creative genius of everyone; it is a master key to open the field of higher states of consciousness, where one naturally lives life supported by the evolutionary power of Natural Law.” – Maharishi

The TM-Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying™, is an advanced programme of Transcendental Meditation that enhances the benefits of Transcendental Meditation and accelerates the growth to higher states of consciousness.

Maharishi revived the theoretical and practical knowledge of “sidhi” practice contained in the ancient text of Vedic Science known as The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

During Transcendental Meditation, the mind settles down effortlessly to a state of deep inner silence— transcendental or pure consciousness, the rich source of creativity and intelligence within. During the TM-Sidhi Programme, we learn how to enliven that inner silence — to think and act from that level of pure consciousness.

Learning to function from the deepest, most profound level of the mind results in thoughts and actions that are more creative, effective and evolutionary.

We develop skill in action – the ability to fulfil our desires while effortlessly promoting the evolution of everyone and everything around us.

Practice of the TM-Sidhi Programme creates greater brainwave coherence, which is correlated with higher levels of creativity, intelligence and inner happiness, ultimately resulting in the development of our full potential — the experience of higher states of consciousness – Enlightenment.

During the first stages of Yogic Flying™ the body lifts up and moves forward in short hops. Internally, the experience is accompanied by feelings of exhilaration, expanded awareness, lightness, inner freedom and ‘bubbling bliss’, with these qualities carrying over into daily life. The combination of inner silence and outer dynamism provides a powerful means of stabilising higher states of consciousness.

” This course was powerful beyond expectation. I feel it has fundamentally shifted my perspective in life and my way of thinking. It has been empowering and inspiring!” T.E.
