A half day online course for meditators led by experienced TM teachers, Will and Janet Ayliffe.
In the meeting we will consider the experience of transcendental consciousness from a number of different perspectives

The morning will comprise meditation, simple yoga postures (Asanas) and a relaxing breathing exercise (Pranayama). There will be an inspiring Maharishi tape and a morning break.
