Weekend Retreat
Rest and Reset for 2026
FOR MEDITATORS & SIDHAS
Fri 6 - Sun 8 Feb
2 days from £300
Overview

Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating weekend retreat that combines your TM practice with the timeless knowledge of Maharishi AyurVeda and Maharishi Marma Therapy, to give your mind, body and consciousness a total reset for the year ahead.

Enjoy deep profound rest through extended TM or TM Sidhi programme with simple yoga asana postures, alongside workshops in AyurVeda and Marma. Learn about your individual body type (dosha) and how to live in accord with nature’s daily rhythms, and go home with simple self-care tips that will help your body align with nature’s intelligence.

You’ll also learn some self-marma techniques, to enliven subtle energy points throughout the body and activate your body’s own natural healing mechanisms. Great to help with everything from sleep, to headaches, digestion and back pain.

All of this alongside delicious vegetarian food, beautiful woodland walks, and lovely company with like-minded people!

The course will finish after lunch on the Monday, but you are welcome to stay on for a group walk after lunch.

We look forward to seeing you there 😊
