During this online course for Meditators, experienced TM teachers will guide you through the course leaving you feeling rested, refreshed and mentally alert.
The morning will comprise meditation, simple yoga postures (Asanas) and a relaxing breathing exercise (Pranayama). There will be an inspiring Maharishi tape and a morning break.
