This is the first of two online workshops with Dr Shubham Kulkarni, the next one being Gandharva and Sound Therapy on Sunday 27th Sept.
As an online workshop you can attend from the comfort of your own home. But if you can, do join us in the Dome and enjoy it with others.

2. Diet & Mental Health (Aahar)
• How food influences thoughts and emotions
• Sattvic, Rajasic, and Tamasic diet explained
• Simple dietary practices for clarity, calmness, and stability.

3. Exercise & Mental Health (Vihar)
• Role of physical activity in emotional well-being
• Ayurvedic lifestyle routines (Dinacharya)
• Simple daily practices for stress reduction.

4. Music & Mental Health (Naad / Sound Healing)
• Concept of Naad (essence of sound) in Ayurveda
• How sound vibrations influence the mind
• Introduction to Indian classical music as therapy
• Practical listening and experiential session.

You are invited to join a workshop in the Maharishi Dome. We will be connecting online with Dr Shubham Kulkarni for the day. 

This workshop offers a holistic and practical understanding of mental health through the lens of Ayurveda, integrating ancient wisdom with modern-day lifestyle challenges.

 
It is designed to help participants understand how daily habits, diet, movement, and sound influence the mind and emotional well-being.
There will be a  Q&A session during the last 1/2 hr of the day.
The sessions will be interactive, experiential, and applicable to real-life situations – making it easy for participants to incorporate these principles into their daily routine.
 
Course participants will receive techniques that they can practise from the very next day.

Dr Shubham Kulkarni, BAMS, MD, PGDPC, MA Psych has 9+ years of experience in the field of mental health and palliative care through Ayurveda.
