Experience how to live a more balanced life through Maharishis programmes for increased health and happiness, through the guidance of our experienced TM Teachers.
In the morning we will enjoy yoga asanas (a set of easy yoga postures), pranayama (a short relaxing breathing exercise) and extra meditation – followed by a delicious organic lunch, cooked by our chef in the updated dining room, and a short walk after lunch, before the afternoon meeting with a Maharishi tape and Q&A session.
And to ensure that you leave feeling refreshed and ready for the week ahead, we will end the day with an afternoon group meditation.
