M O R E

I created this series to provide a space for thoughtful conversations that go beyond the distractions of daily life and explore the deeper questions that shape who we are. Together with remarkable guests from many different backgrounds, we examine consciousness, caring, resilience, purpose, and what it means to live with greater awareness in an increasingly complex world. I am grateful to be joined by inspiring voices such as @HalElrod, @shop.with.caroline, @TheStevenKotler, @DrAimieApigian, along with many others whose stories offer insight, wisdom, and depth. I hope these conversations encourage you to pause, reflect, and discover a deeper perspective on your own life. – Dr Tony Nader
Below are details about the two most recent episodes of Depth Over Noise, hosted by Dr. Tony Nader, and available to watch free online:
13th Oct: What We Care About, We Create: Creativity, Attention, and Building a Meaningful Life, w Chase Jarvis
Chase Jarvis built CreativeLive into a global learning platform reaching more than 100 million people, worked with some of the world’s biggest brands, and ultimately sold his company to Fiverr. But after achieving extraordinary success, he found himself asking an unexpected question: Who am I without everything I’ve built? In this episode of Depth Over Noise, Chase joins Dr. Tony Nader to explore the hidden costs of success, why our greatest breakthroughs happen beyond fear, and how meditation and intuition help us reconnect with our authentic selves. They discuss why attention is our greatest human superpower, the future of creativity in the age of AI, and the difference between caring and carrying. Chase also shares a deeply personal story about his mother’s final days and the single word that transformed his understanding of love and letting go. It is a powerful conversation about courage, identity, and learning to live fully without playing it safe.
29th Sept: The Person You Love Is Not the Person You Imagined, with Harville Hendrix & Helen LaKelly Hunt
Harville Hendrix and Helen LaKelly Hunt, creators of Imago Relationship Therapy, on why we fall in love with people who trigger our deepest wounds, the hidden reason couples struggle with difference, and how learning to truly see another person can transform a relationship.
Harville Hendrix and Helen LaKelly Hunt have spent more than four decades asking one of the most consequential questions in human relationships: Why can two people love each other deeply and still struggle to stay connected? In this episode of Depth Over Noise, Harville and Helen join Dr. Tony Nader to explore why we are often drawn to partners who activate our deepest unmet needs, why trying to change the person we love creates the power struggle at the heart of so many relationships, and why conflict does not necessarily mean we chose the
wrong person. They discuss the universal wound of feeling invisible, the practice of “zero negativity,” how dialogue can regulate two people in conflict, and what it means to create safety in the “space between.”
It is ultimately a conversation about caring at its most intimate: learning to see another human being not as the person we need them to become, but as the person who is actually standing in front of us.

Dome Book club
We have a book club which meets monthly meeting on Thursdays at 2 pm in the Dome dining room.

Details of the next book to be announced.
We look forward to seeing you there.

Dr Tony Nader, Maharishi’s successor, has recently finished his new book ‘The Power of Caring: Who Cares, Why It Matters, and How Conscious Caring Creates a Fulfilling and Connected Life’ which was published on 28 July and available on Amazon.
The book is written from the heart and is very accessible to non-meditators and new meditators, but it also explores caring understood from the level of consciousness, going beyond sentiment to a reflection of the underlying unity of life.
Pre sales are open now at thepowerofcaringbook.com, and they offer a great opportunity for promoting Transcendental Meditation. When Bob Roth’s book came out in 2018, that publicity translated into a meaningful uplift in TM instruction, and we have every reason to expect the same here. See short video of Dr Nader presenting his book.
